Terms and Conditions

You must be a Hyatt Gold Passport member to participate. Donations may be made now through 30 December 2008. Members may donate their Hyatt Gold Passport points to the Make-A-Wish Foundation®. A minimum of 5,000 points is required for each donation. 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points is equivalent to a free night at select Hyatt properties worldwide. Once Hyatt Gold Passport points have been donated they will no longer be available for member use. Members may choose to donate Hyatt Gold Passport points to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America, Make-A-Wish ® International, or to divide their donation evenly between the two entities. All Hyatt Gold Passport points donated are final. Donations will help the Make-A-Wish Foundation to redeem free nights at participating Hyatt properties worldwide in support of their efforts to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Members should consult with their tax advisors regarding whether donations of Hyatt Gold Passport Points to Charity may be tax deductible. The Make-A-Wish name and design are used with permission.
