1. Participation in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards is subject to the complete Terms and Conditions available at http://www.hyatt.com/hyatt/meetings/offers/planner-rewards-terms-conditions-na.jsp.
2. Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program is valid for meetings booked and held after December 2, 2008, in conjunction with qualified meetings/groups of 10 or more paid guest rooms or with qualifying catered/banqueting events and held at participating Hyatt hotels worldwide. Meetings booked prior to December 2, 2008, are eligible to participate in Hyatt Meeting Dividends. 4. To receive benefits of Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards, planners must indicate that they wish to participate in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards prior to signing the Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract. Bonuses will not be retroactively credited for previously booked and held meetings or catering/banqueting events.
5. The Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program is available at participating Hyatt hotels worldwide. Membership in the Hyatt Gold Passport program, the redemption of awards, earning Hyatt Gold Passport tier credit and participation in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards are void where prohibited by law and subject to any applicable government regulations.
6. Planner does not need to attend the meeting or catered/banqueted event to take advantage of the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. However, to be eligible for bonus or tier credit in Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards, planner must be employed or contracted by the sponsoring company or organization at the time that the meeting or catered/banqueted event is actually held.
7. Planner will earn one Hyatt Gold Passport bonus point for every eligible U.S. dollar actualized in conjunction with group/meeting guest rooms, catering/banqueting charges associated with an eligible meeting or catered/banqueted event.
8. To receive bonus points for guest rooms, a minimum of 10 paid rooms must be occupied on any given night for the planner to receive bonus points for that night. If the number of guest rooms falls below 10 paid rooms for any given night during the meeting, the planner will not receive bonus points for that night.
9. Planner will receive bonus points for eligible catering/banqueting charges incurred in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program, exclusive of any taxes, gratuities, service charges and outside vendor/supplier charges.
10. Planner may earn up to 50,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for each qualifying meeting, including applicable meeting and/or catering/banqueting event, or for each separately booked catering/banqueting event at participating locations. Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points will be awarded for room revenue exclusive of room tax and incidental changes. At Hyatt hotels and resorts in Asia, personal non-meeting related catering/banqueting events would not be eligible for Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards. Two or more meetings or catering/banqueting events held by the same organization over the same date(s) at the same hotel will be considered one meeting or catering/banqueting event subject to the maximum point bonus for one meeting or catering/banqueting event.
11. Bonus points will be credited to the planner after the meeting and/or catered/banqueting event has been held and paid for in accordance with the Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract.
12. Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for a single meeting or catering/banqueting event may be issued to a maximum of three planners.

A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. Hyatt Gold Passport free night awards apply to standard available rooms only as defined by each hotel and are not subject to blackout dates. Hyatt Gold Passport free night awards cannot be redeemed for packages.
14. Future Meeting Credit awards are only valid for meetings held on or after December 2, 2008. Meeting planners must call 1-866-614-4484 or their nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Centre to redeem Future Meeting Credit awards. Minimum point amount of 15,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for a USD$200 meeting credit is required. Future Meeting Credit(s) will be credited to the master bill for the meeting on the day of departure. Any remaining amounts owed to the hotel for the meeting after the credit is applied to the master bill are the responsibility of the party who contracted the meeting. Hyatt Gold Passport points earned for a current meeting may not be redeemed for Future Meeting Credits for the current meeting. Any unused portion of a Future Meeting Credit is non-refundable. No cash or credit will be given for any unused portion of Future Meeting Credits. Future Meeting Credits may not be used as a deposit for a meeting. Future Meeting Credits may only be used as a credit toward a final bill, or for fully pre-paid meetings for the final payment.
15. Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum membership will be given to meeting planners who, in the course of one calendar year (January-December), record a minimum of three eligible meetings for which the meeting planner participates in the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Meeting planner must re-qualify each year for Platinum membership. Qualification is based on a calendar year, January through December. Platinum 15% point bonuses issued for personal travel will not be applied to bonus points earned in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program.
16. Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond membership will be given to meeting planners who, in the course of one calendar year (January-December), record a minimum of 10 eligible meetings for which the meeting planner participates in the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Meeting planner must re-qualify each year for Diamond membership. Qualification is based on a calendar year, January through December. Diamond 30% point bonuses issued for personal travel will not be applied to bonus points earned in conjunction with the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program.
17. Company Accounts will only have the ability to earn Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points in accordance to the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program. Company Accounts will not receive meeting credit toward tier status, regardless of the number of meetings held during a calendar year. Company Accounts must designate a minimum of one and a maximum of three account administrators. Administrators will be responsible for managing account and redeeming points for free night awards. Company Accounts are not allowed to participate in the Hyatt Gold Passports Points to Miles program or Awards.
18. Any element of this program may be void where prohibited. Subject to local laws, rules, regulations and tax restrictions.
