1. If member elects to receive miles for a Hyatt stay, member will receive up to 500 miles on a participating Travel Partner program for each stay when paying an Eligible Rate. Refer to goldpassport.com for a complete list of participating Travel Partners.
2. Use of the term "miles" is a generic term that refers to all Travel Partner currency, including miles, credits, kilometers, airline points and Amtrak Guest Reward points. Conversion rates for earnings vary by currency and are specified below. All Travel Partners award 500 base miles when choosing miles for a stay, except the following: Aeromexico® Club Premier® and LAN LanPass award 1,000 kilometers, China Eastern Eastern Miles awards 800 points, Mexicana Frecuenta awards 625 miles, Qantas Airways Frequent Flyer awards 600 points for stays outside Australia and New Zealand and 1,000 points for stays within Australia and New Zealand, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club awards 750 miles and Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® awards a one half (0.5) credit.
3. Miles will be awarded on only one Travel Partner program per stay where member pays an Eligible Rate, regardless of the number of rooms member personally pays for during the stay or the length of the stay.
4. Members must show their travel program membership card at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the program membership card exactly. The miles awarded to a member's Travel Partner account for an eligible stay is defined as "base" miles.
