Hyatt Vacation Club™ Awards

Hyatt Vacation Club is a vacation ownership organization having owners of fractional interests in Hyatt Vacation Club resorts as members. Award inventory availability is limited and varies by resort location, season, and unit, and is typically offered on a relatively short-term basis (usually 60 - 90 days prior to arrival). Services offered at Hyatt Vacation Club resorts are typically more limited than those found at Hyatt hotels and resorts (e.g., food and beverage/restaurant facilities, valet parking, laundry valet services, business center and wake-up call services, etc. may not be offered at all locations).

1. Hyatt Vacation Club participation in Hyatt Gold Passport is limited to accepting points for complimentary stays.

2. For Hyatt Gold Passport award stays, complete housekeeping service is only provided on a "mid-week" basis for stays of 4 or more nights. Daily housekeeping includes trash removal only. If daily complete housekeeping service for Hyatt Gold Passport award nights is desired, it may be requested for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance; fees vary by property.

3. Hyatt Gold Passport members do not receive program services and benefits at neighboring Hyatt hotels and resorts during award stays at a Hyatt Vacation Club resort.
