1. To ensure member receives Hyatt Gold Passport services at Hyatt hotels and resorts, member must provide Hyatt Gold Passport membership account number when making a Hyatt or Hyatt Vacation Club Resort reservation and present member's Hyatt Gold Passport card at check-in. Exclusive Hyatt Gold Passport hotel services and benefits are only applicable at Hyatt hotels and resorts. Limited hotel services are available at Hyatt Place, Hyatt Summerfield Suites and Hyatt Vacation Club Resorts.
2. Hyatt will make best-faith efforts to deliver specified services to members. However, not all services can be provided at all Hyatt hotels or resorts, Hyatt Place or Hyatt Summerfield Suites at all times. Hyatt shall not be liable for refunds or for consequential damages resulting from failure to deliver such services.
3. The Hyatt Gold Passport card is not a credit card and all standard hotel credit procedures, including the presentation of an authorized credit card, apply.
