If it has been over 2 weeks since you checked out and your account is missing a stay or bonus, you may complete the Past Stay Credit Request. Past stay credit can only be requested for stays that occurred after your enrollment in Hyatt Gold Passport and within the past 90 days.
If your account has not been credited for a stay, please select "Missing Stay". If the stay has been credited, however, you are missing a special bonus, please select "Missing Bonus Credit Only" and provide the hotel and stay date information from the corresponding stay. The offer code that is associated with the bonus must be entered in order to receive credit.
When requesting past stay credit, you may select to receive Hyatt Gold Passport points or airline frequent flyer miles. If you would like to receive airline miles, you will need to select the desired airline and provide a valid account number. Please allow 3-4 weeks for miles to appear in your airline account.

Immediately after submitting your Past Stay Credit Request, you will be taken to a confirmation page. This confirmation will also be emailed to you if we have your email address on file.
